The Red T Fashion and Creative District was transformed and upgraded from the old factory buildings of Aidi Group, covering a total construction area of about 72,000 square meters. It focuses on "creative design and digital content" as its industrial positioning, exploring a new model of integrated development that combines traditional industries, cultural creativity, and high-tech enterprises.
The park has been awarded numerous honors by ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, including the National Textile and Garment Creative Design Demonstration Park, National Small and Micro Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base, National Makerspace, National Nighttime Culture and Tourism Consumption Gathering Area, and National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base. With excellent and convenient hardware facilities and high-quality service levels, the park actively builds a favorable dual incubation ecological environment. Leveraging the cluster effect of industry leaders, it brings together large, medium, and small enterprises for integrated development, forming a distinctive industrial cluster system. Through the construction of six major public service platforms, the park attracts various outstanding young talents to promote industrial innovation and upgrading. Relying on the national-level double innovation demonstration system, it provides one-stop entrepreneurial spaces from incubation to acceleration. The park introduces fashion education institutions and training colleges to promote employment and entrepreneurship in the fashion industry and enhance skills. Leveraging its own industry advantages and resources, the park supports the transformation of fashion brand achievements. It fully utilizes existing investment and financing capabilities, exploring new financial service models through angel investments, PE investments, rent-for-investment, and financing guarantees to support the operations of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Relying on multifunctional activity centers and large show venues, the park hosts various offline fashion and creative activities, attracting tens of thousands of participants and extensive media coverage.
