The China Construction Science and Technology Industrial Park is located in the core area of China's Optics Valley, with a total construction area of about 1.08 million square meters and a total investment of about 7 billion yuan. It is the first industry-city integration demonstration park invested, constructed, and operated by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. The project was designed by the famous architect from Taiwan, Mr. Li Zuyuan, who fully integrated the regional characteristics of Hubei. With the artistic conception of Chu Ci (ancient Chinese poetry), he created an architectural landscape that attracts natural energy and possesses grandeur and agility. Meanwhile, it also incorporates Western architectural features to establish distinctive courtyard office spaces. Among these, the frontline public buildings have a total length of nearly 600 meters, earning the nickname "Gate of Optics Valley."
