As the innovation hub for the digital creative industry, Outside Circle Digital Creative Industry Park is home to the Hubei Blockchain Technology Innovation Research Institute. It is located at No. 11 Jiangxing Road, Jianghan Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, covering a total construction area of 50,000 square meters. The park focuses on the emerging industries of "Internet," "Cloud Computing," "Intelligence," and "Blockchain" in the digital economy, vigorously implementing platform-based and capital-based investment attraction strategies to introduce a number of high-tech quality enterprises to settle in the park. In 2021, the park achieved a cumulative revenue of approximately 1 billion yuan, paid nearly 50 million yuan in taxes, and created nearly a thousand new jobs. In November of the same year, Outside Circle Digital Creative Industry Park was selected as one of the six major creative demonstration parks of Wuhan Design Capital for the year 2021.

Since its establishment and operation in early 2019, Outside Circle Digital Creative Industry Park has introduced leading digital creative enterprises and cutting-edge technology companies from the fields of digital culture and creativity, digital technology, and digital finance. It aims to become the primary driving force for the development of Wuhan's digital creative industry, supporting the new development of regional digital creative industries. Currently, the park hosts more than 60 enterprises, with digital technology and industrial design accounting for 50%, digital culture and creativity accounting for 30%, and digital finance accounting for 20%. This forms an initial cluster of digital economy industries characterized by next-generation information technology and creative design, making it the main battlefield for Wuhan’s breakthrough development in digital technology and industrial design.
