On the afternoon of May 15th, the special training event for Qiaokou District service commissioners on serving high-quality development of enterprises with the "Five-Chain" concept was successfully held at Sanxin Material Incubator. This event was guided by the Wuhan Small and Medium Enterprise Development Promotion Center, the Organization Department of Qiaokou District Committee, and the Publicity Department of Qiaokou District Committee. It was organized by the Science and Economic Bureau of Qiaokou District, the Enterprise Service Center of Qiaokou District, and the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Qiaokou District, and co-hosted by D+M Industrial Design Town and Sanxin Material Incubator.
The participants of this training session included nearly 120 service commissioners and specialists from various levels within the Qiaokou District service commissioner mechanism. Among them were party members and cadres assigned to key enterprises for outreach services, specialists from various functional departments, stationed service commissioners at street small and medium enterprise (SME) service stations, and mobile service commissioners involved in serving enterprises within the district. The event featured Minister Wang Peng from the Wuhan Small and Medium Enterprise Development Promotion Center, who shared advanced development concepts and practical experience from a professional perspective. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills, the high-level professional training aimed to enhance the service commissioners' professional competence and practical abilities in their work serving enterprises. The training content was closely related to policies relevant to small and medium enterprises in Wuhan, focusing on key and challenging issues in enterprise services. It centered on the integrated and collaborative development of the "Five-Chain" concept—industry chain, supply chain, capital chain, talent chain, and innovation chain—addressing critical issues in the development of SMEs. The training emphasized improving the practical operational capabilities of the service commissioner team to support the development of small and medium enterprises.
