On November 1, the 2024 Wuhan "Design Day" event officially opened at Minzhong Park. As one of the theme activities of Wuhan Design Day 2024, the "Creative Innovation Carnival" also made a splendid appearance in the circular corridor of Minzhong Park. Digital Finless Porpoises, Sound Postcards, AI Co-playing Ancient Qin, Shadow Puppet Performances... A series of exciting and impressive exhibitions, performances, and creative design activities showcased the strength and vitality of Wuhan as a "City of Design" to the world.

According to the organizers, the "Creative Innovation Carnival" integrates art, design, and technology, aiming to bring industries out of their spaces and dynamically display the demonstration parks, original achievements of design enterprises, and industry development trends of Wuhan as a "City of Design" through a combination of exhibitions and creative design activities. Various design categories such as architecture, technology, fashion, animation, games, fashion art, and industry, especially the creative achievements in emerging design fields such as the digital economy, Wuhan's unique cultural and artistic heritage, intangible cultural heritage, and new cultural tourism, were presented to the audience in different forms.
